The Lid Clamps: The heavy lid can be tightly clamped down to turn it into a giant pressure cooker, speeding up cooking times for tough ingredients.
The Hand Wheel: The wheel on the right side connects to a gear system. Turning it tilts the entire massive pot forward so cafeteria staff can safely pour out hundreds of servings of food.
Control Box: The grey box on the left regulates temperature and steam pressure to keep the food cooking safely.
